01 General Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the kz99 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at kz99.bio and any associated mobile-optimised URLs (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform offers online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, jackpot fishing titles, and associated account management services to registered adult players located in Bangladesh.

By registering an account on kz99, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

kz99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via on-platform notification and/or email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the kz99 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and kz99.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on kz99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kz99 operates a strict 18+ policy and will verify the age of all players as part of the account verification process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated registrations, and accounts created by bots or scripts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether initiated via kz99 or any other gaming platform, that is currently in effect.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment method(s) you register on your kz99 account. Using payment methods belonging to another individual is strictly forbidden.

Account Registration Process

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on kz99. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

During or after registration, kz99 may request identity verification documents including a copy of a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method linked to your account. You are obligated to provide these documents promptly when requested. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account restrictions or closure.

kz99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.

03 User Obligations

As a registered user of kz99, you accept the following obligations as conditions of your continued access to and use of the Platform:

• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person.
• You will notify kz99 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account.
• You will keep your registered contact details, including email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times.
• You will use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and will not use kz99 for any commercial purpose, resale, or systematic exploitation.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent any game mechanics, bonus conditions, promotional terms, or software systems on kz99.
• You accept that online gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entire amount you deposit. kz99 does not guarantee any outcome.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kz99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). kz99 does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Card Networks: Visa, Mastercard

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kz99 is ৳200. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. kz99 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kz99 bears no responsibility.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. kz99 will reject and return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. International card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer.

kz99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity triggers our internal fraud monitoring systems. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the original deposit may be subject to additional verification steps.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kz99 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, standard MFS transaction limits set by your payment provider apply and are beyond kz99's control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kz99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used in the game categories specified in the individual promotion. Wagers placed in excluded game categories do not count towards wagering requirements.
• kz99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings in cases where fraudulent, abusive, or systematically exploitative bonus activity is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

kz99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retrospectively disadvantaged by changes to that promotion's terms, provided they continue to act in good faith.

06 Age Restriction

kz99 employs a combination of self-declaration at registration, automated age verification checks, and manual document-based identity verification to enforce this policy. If, at any point, kz99 has reason to believe that a registered account is held by a person under the age of 18, kz99 will immediately suspend the account, freeze all associated funds, and initiate a verification process.

Any account confirmed as belonging to a person under 18 will be permanently closed. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source, minus any amounts already wagered. No winnings derived from play by an underage account holder will be paid out under any circumstances.

We will act on all such reports swiftly and with full confidentiality. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kz99 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. kz99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during identity verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the kz99 Platform to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of any criminal activity. kz99 maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or reversals in respect of legitimate deposits made to kz99. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent account suspension and recovery action.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in multiplayer or live dealer environments.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or employing any other method to claim bonuses beyond those permitted under these Terms or specific promotion terms.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen scrapers, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Third-Party Account Use: Accessing, operating, or placing bets on behalf of another person's kz99 account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language toward kz99 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

kz99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required time frame.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your kz99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to processing a voluntary closure request, kz99 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are processed. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in the kz99 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. kz99 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held securely and remains withdrawable by the account holder upon re-verification of identity.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the kz99 Platform — including but not limited to the kz99 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, source code, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kz99 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any kz99 content or game titles.
• Use kz99 branding or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from kz99.

Game titles available on kz99 are the intellectual property of their respective studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are subject to those studios' own intellectual property protections. kz99 operates these titles under valid licensing agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kz99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

kz99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your kz99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Without limiting the foregoing, kz99 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, sports betting results, or jackpot fishing results.
• Any loss arising from temporary Platform unavailability, technical errors, or maintenance downtime.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from actions taken by kz99 in enforcing these Terms, including account suspension or closure in accordance with Section 8.
• Any delay in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable legal framework governing online gaming and digital services in the jurisdiction in which kz99 operates.

kz99 targets its services at adult players in Bangladesh and operates in compliance with applicable digital commerce and consumer protection standards. kz99 does not make specific claims of regulatory approval from any named Bangladeshi government body, and players are responsible for ensuring that their use of online gaming services is consistent with the laws applicable to them in their location.

Any dispute arising between you and kz99 that cannot be resolved through our standard support process should first be escalated to our senior disputes team via email at [email protected]. kz99 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to providing a substantive response within 15 business days.

12 Amendments

kz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kz99 will provide notice via on-platform notification and/or email to the address registered on your account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed prominently at the top of this page.

Amendments take effect 7 calendar days after the date of notification, unless the amendment is required urgently for legal, security, or regulatory reasons, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8. Prior to account closure, any withdrawable balance in your account will be processed in the normal manner.
